The Teaching Methodology in SushilHari International Residential School is focused on developing a strong academic foundation right from the Primary grade. In order to ensure that the new students admitted at different grades from other schools have adequate foundation to be in par with those educated at SushilHari, the concept of bridge course has been introduced by SushilHari.

The Bridge Course concept involves sending the students who lack the required educational foundation to a tuition program in campus, starting from Grade 1, in addition to the regular courseware. Examinations covering the syllabus from grades lower than the student's current grade are conducted to evaluate the knowledge in fundamental education and adequate coaching is offered, if required. The coaching is continued until the student is prepared to fully engage in the main school education.  The program is offered free of cost and is intended only to bring a student in par with other students of the same grade, on the academic front.

The School also provides several notes and worksheets to help students excel in their studies.  The entire syllabus is completed in the first five months of the academic year.

Baba is seen distributing booklets containing specially prepared, concise notes and important points on the entire X Standard syllabus.

Advantages to this approach are:

1.  Students gain confidence that there is nothing more to study on the examination front for the academic year.  Otherwise they will be in constant fear on the lessons that are pending.

2.  The remaining five months will be used for regular test to assess how well the student has understood the subject matter and aid in providing additional tuition.

This allows for time for extra-curricular activities including sending them on excursions and tours.

The school has continuously shown commendable results with 100% pass in X and XII board exams scoring 80% average every year. In the academic year 2008-2009, the school bagged an All-India rank, four state ranks and 24 children scoring above 90%. Apart from studies, students are groomed by a host of free extracurricular activities and blossom into multi-faceted personalities.

This involves enormous coaching, perseverance, time and effort from the School Management to ensure that a student performs well academically in addition to providing them with confidence to move to higher levels of education. The Bridge Course is a unique concept of SushilHari Education System and has been proven to be very efficient in preparing the students with strong educational foundation.

Each student has a particular talent.  We research to find out what that talent is and nurture it to excellence!
