Goals for the academic year 2008 - 2009

1. Provide all the necessary infrastructure and facilities, including novel methods such as the Bridge Course, such that, every student coming out of SushilHari scores above average.

2. Motivate more children to participate and take advantage of all the co and extra curricular activities provided by the school.

3. Organize more Teacher Training programs for teachers of all grades and ensure that novel, interesting and effective teaching methods are adopted to train children.

4. Organize more seminars and practical workshops for students to make classroom learning more interactive and interesting.

5. Ensure that teachers have a close rapport with every child and bring out the best in each child using the student's evaluation report as a guideline.

6. Make the SushilHari quotation, 'SushilHari is a home away from home' be felt and experienced by every student, so every child in SushilHari would love to stay back even during holidays.
