Faculty

Most of the school staff of Sushil Hari are Postgraduates with rich experience in academia and industry as well. Faculty members are child centered and committed to excellence. Regular workshops are organized for the Staff members to stay current on the latest teaching methods. Classroom teaching is augmented with monthly field trips to enrich children’s learning experience. The students also benefit by lectures of Visiting Faculty from Schools and Universities overseas. With the student to teacher ratio about 25:1 Sushil Hari ensures that students always get personal attention from their teachers. The focus is on activity based learning, challenging the students to think creatively, critically and analytically. Students take up major projects in various fields guided by the faculty. This helps the students in developing leadership and communication skills in addition to increasing their inquisitiveness and obtaining a deeper knowledge of the subject.
